Last week was so good with John Maxwell I decided to do more from this fella.  The fourth installment of Crucial Conversations is discussed and then an article on protocols for anticoagulants on dental and oral surgery patients is reviewed.  The interesting case is about a young lady with congenitally missing lateral incisors and the bone grafting technique using Augma to replace this missing bone.
